Sure. A while ago I had a plumbing issue. Water overflowing a drain pipe and going everywhere.
I called the plumber and tried to explain the issue. After a lot of back and forth we thought we were on the same
page.
Not so much.
After he drove all the way to my house and got an in-person look at the issue he let
out an "Ohhhhhhhh". Now he got it. He gave me a bid and said he'd need to go get a
couple parts and come back.
If I could have shown him the problem he would have understood immediately and could have saved himself some drive time, and maybe even given me a bid over the phone.
